The terms, in plain words.

Jules is operated by HUMN SERVICE PTE. LTD., UEN 202613017G, Singapore (“Jules”, “we”). By asking for a strategy, creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms. If you do this for a business, you confirm you are allowed to bind it.

Jules is an automated marketing service. It prepares strategy documents and runs the services in your plan that are available today. Your Services page in your account shows which are available; a service marked as not yet available is not part of what you buy. Jules uses AI to produce its work, and what it produces can contain mistakes. Where Jules asks you to approve something before it goes out, the approval is yours.

The strategy document is free and provisional. It estimates what a channel might cost using benchmark data, and says how far to trust each figure. It is not a promise of any result.

You sign in with a link sent to your email address. Keep that mailbox secure. Give accurate information, and tell us if you suspect someone else has used your account. One email address has one account.

• Plans are monthly and paid in advance in US dollars through Stripe. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Taxes are added where the law requires them.
• We start your services after you pay.
• Your plan renews every month until you cancel. Cancel yourself from your billing page, at any time, with no notice period.
• Cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for, and your plan runs until then.
• No refunds. We do not refund a month that has started, or part of one, or a service you chose not to use. If we withdraw a paid service you were using, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of that month.
• We may change a price on 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next renewal.
• If a payment fails, we may pause your services until it succeeds.
• Paid advertising management is not yet sold. Its terms will be added before it is.

You confirm that you own, or have the right to use, the website, brand, accounts, claims and quotes you give Jules, and that what you tell Jules about your business is true. You give Jules a licence to use them only to deliver your service. You are responsible for the claims in anything you approve, and for your own legal duties as an advertiser. Advertising accounts are in your name; you keep them if you leave.

Any extra terms for a service will be published here, at /terms, before that service is offered. Jules always honours an unsubscribe, and you may disconnect a social account at any time.

Do not use Jules to mislead people, to promote anything unlawful, to harass anyone, or to market in a restricted area without clearing it with us first, for example securities promotion and regulated healthcare claims. Do not attack, overload or reverse engineer Jules. Jules may refuse or remove content it cannot support with facts, and may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

How Jules handles personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy. You give Jules a permanent licence to use what you tell it about your business in de-identified form, combined with other customers' data, to improve its benchmarks. Nothing that names you or your business is shared with anyone.

Search rankings, traffic, leads and sales depend on things Jules does not control. Jules does not promise any particular result. A figure in a strategy document or report is an estimate.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited. Subject to that, Jules is provided as it is, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for lost profit, and our total liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

You may close your account at any time. We may end or suspend yours for breach of these terms, or on 30 days' notice. When an account closes, its data is deleted on request, as the Privacy Policy sets out.

We may change these terms. We give account holders 30 days' notice by email before a change that matters takes effect. If you do not agree, you may cancel before it does.

These terms are governed by the law of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction. A person who is not a party has no right to enforce them.
